Lien Hung is a hole in the wall, but has some of the best Vietnamese food in San Antonio.  The building is run-down and the decor is basic.   I don’t know if it’s a place I would have stopped in had my friends not suggested it.

They have good variety of tasty Pho and Bun dishes and their prices are cheap!  It’s easy enough to order a few things just in case you don’t like one or the other.  I haven’t had anything I didn’t like there, though.

The server was on top of everything and we couldn’t have asked for more.
